The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 20 (twenty) working days from the time of delivery without giving any explanation and without paying any penalty. However, a brief explanation of the reason to which the withdrawal is due is welcome, though not required by law. The withdrawal must be communicated to Brand in Italy srl by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the following address: Brand in Italy srl Via Solferino, 40 - 20121 Milan.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Art. No. 5(4)of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 1999, the cancellation can be made by e-mail within 20 days after receiving your order by writing to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Customer may also utilise the right to change an item with the same article in another size or colour, should they be available. The delivery of the same item will be charged to the customer and the Customer will have to pay for the restitution costs.
The return of the items does not automatically involve a valid right to withdraw from the contract if the above-mentioned procedure is not followed, i.e. contacting our Customer Care by e-mail or registered mail with proof of posting and receiving an authorisation for the items to be returned and how. The right of withdrawal may be utilised only if the products have not been used, are in their original and intact packaging, and all instruction manuals are included. As required by law, garments or objects made according to Customer’s specifications and personalised items cannot be returned. The costs resulting from delivering the items back to the supplier shall be charged to the Customer. The delivery will be carried out by the courier chosen by Brand in Italy srl, whose name will be notified to the Customer by e-mail (unless differently agreed). Brand in Italy srl is not responsible for theft, loss or damage incurred during the shipping, whose responsibility falls entirely upon the Customer.
The returned garments or accessories must be received at Brand in Italy srl logistics headquarters within 20 days after the authorisation is issued to: Brand in Italy srl .
1. The garments must be unworn, unwashed an unaltered; they must not show any sign of use and arrive in perfect condition.
2. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, dust bags) you may have received with your order.

Brand in Italy srl will not accept any returned items if they do not comply with all the terms and conditions listed in the return policy. In such cases the items will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
If the right of withdrawal is utilised in conformity with the foregoing, the seller will credit back the price paid by the Customer no later than 30 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Should the item have been paid by credit card, the supplier will charge the same amount back onto the consumer’s card via the bank issuing the card. For orders paid via Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be charged back onto the original account. Upon request customers can be eligible for a personal coupon: the coupon amount shall have the same value as the returned goods and can be used within 120 days.
Should the Customer receive faulty products or should Brand in Italy srl make a mistake in the delivery, you are kindly requested to follow the instructions listed above. However, the shipping costs for re-sending the product will be fully paid for by Brand in Italy srl.
