What does the manufacturer's warranty cover?
Pupakiotti products are sold with a 2-year manufacturer's legal guarantee and this duration starts from the delivery of the goods . The warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery, i.e. the original defects of the product which appear within 24 months, with the exclusion of supervening defects .
Original defects are understood to be manifest or hidden faults and defects of the product, therefore faults present at the time of purchase or breakage of the product (e.g. breakage of metal accessories, leather tears, unstitching), in the 24 months following the purchase.
DEFECTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY :
- Normal wear and tear , for example scratches on the leather, rubbing on the leather or metal accessories, aging of the leather, deterioration of the galvanics over time

- Accidental damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Pupakiotti products are intended only for dogs weighing between 1 and 20 kg as adults. Therefore they are not suitable for dogs over 20 kg and the purchase is not recommended for particularly impetuous dogs, such as boxers, pit bulls, molossers in general
- Damage caused by biting the dog, including subsequent stitching
