At the time of purchase Customers will enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system. Purchases can be placed via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Credit Card Security

All transactions are processed via a secure server, hence ensuring Brand in Italy srl Customers maximum data protection. Brand in Italy srl Customer Care operators are authorised to accept credit card numbers and/or expiry details over the phone. In order to ensure better protection on e-commerce purchases, Brand in Italy srl suggests Customers join Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, hence requiring a PIN security code with which you can purchase safely. Credit Card Charges

If the existing funds are enough for your purchase and the bank details you provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. Your credit card will be charged at time of purchase for pre-orders as well, though the items will be shipped later on during the season.

BANK TRANSFER

If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, when completing the order you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail containing Brand in Italy srl bank details. The purchased items will then be set aside until then amount is received onto our bank account. Customers must send a payment copy by FAX or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation. Should Brand in Italy srl not receive a copy of the payment by then your order will be cancelled. We will ship your order when the transfer is received onto our bank account and as soon as the items are available in our warehouse.

PAYPAL

By choosing PAYPAL as a payment method, customers can pay directly through their Paypal account. Brand in Italy srl reserves the right to ship the items only to the address listed on the account verified by Paypal.
