SHIPPING FEES
IN ITALY
Shipping costs are completely free when the amount (for purchased products) si more than €60 for the whole Italian territory!
Below 10.00 euros of expenditure, the shipment has a cost of 8.00 euros.
Between 10.00 and 60.00 euros of expenditure, the shipment has a cost of 6.00 euros.
Cash on delivery involves an addition of 3.00 euros.

DELIVERY TIME
IN ITALY
The order is prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 8 working hours, delivery takes place within 48-72 hours throughout Italy, 3-5 days on the islands.
We advise the Customer to indicate an address where he can be easily found to receive the goods, and to always provide his telephone number (landline or mobile) where he can be reached, in order to avoid delays due to useless delivery attempts. It is also possible (and recommended) to enter the address of your place of work or of trusted persons in charge of collecting the package.
The courier will make two delivery attempts, then leave a postcard indicating the contact details and the methods that can also be used via the internet to collect the goods.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.
IN EUROPE
The order is prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 8 working hours. Average delivery times for shipments outside Italy range from 3 to 7 working days in European Union, can be longer in Extra UE countries.

If the order exceeds 30 kg and for deliveries outside the European territory, the Customer is invited to write to info@pupakiotti.com to find out the exact amount of the shipping costs.
Europe: 2 - 3 days depending on the destinations
USA and Canada: 1-3 days depending on destinations
Latin America: 3 - 4 days
Asia and Middle East: 2 - 3 days
Australia and Oceania: 2 - 3 days for major destinations / 4 - 5 days for remote destinations
Africa: 2 - 4 days
SHIPPING TRACKING
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from Pupakiotti with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier.
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Pupakiotti at info@pupakiotti.com
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Brand in Italy Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
We would like to remind new customers that Brand in Italy Srl can ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order. Brand in Italy Srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure beyond our control.
