When will I receive my order?

Pupakiotti delivers with couriers SDA e TNT and in only 24/48, guaranteeing us high quality service in respect of thecustomer and protecting theproduct.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for products above 60.00 euros.
Cash on delivery involves an addition of 4.00 euros.

Under 10.00 euros of expenditure, shipping has a cost of 8.00 euros.

Between 10.00 and 60.00 euros of expenditure, shipping has a cost of 6.00 euros.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Pupakiotti offers the possibility to order conveniently online and pay directly on delivery with an additional cost of 4,00 euro.

Other payment methods accepted: credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, VISA), PayPal, ApplePay, GShop.

Can I make a return?

You can return for size change.

Any return must be authorized.

We will book the courier who will come to pick up the return product on the day indicated by the customer.

We will send the waybill to the customer to print and attach to the envelope.

Following receipt product we will send the new product from the correct size.

For the two shipment (return + new shipment) a shipping fee of € 10 total is required.
